The “Let’s Move” Movement, is a long-term effort to encourage young people to develop belief, trust in themselves, and discover the confidence that active movement can create!
The Olympics Games offer multiple opportunities to engage young people to celebrate “Big Wins,” for positive experiences, with the power of active, physical, movement, and wellbeing. As well as participation in sports, to build momentum with, energy, muscles, and endurance.
The first Olympic event hosted on the African continent, Dakar, Senegal, is a Global initiative and an opportunity for people, especially young, to embrace movement, and make it a powerful part of daily life.
